Preschool
The Little Schoolhouse depends on parents’ tuition to operate our facility. We do accept Care4kids to subsidize the cost of childcare for both preschool and infant/toddler programs. Parents wishing to apply for Care4kids must complete an application and submit it to the school at least thirty days before the child’s start date. Applications can be retrieved online by simply going to the Care4kids website and downloading the form.
We do have a Preschool/School Readiness Program for children ages 3-5 years of age. Parents of children enrolled in the Preschool/School Readiness Program must submit the following required documentation for review and must meet certain requirements:
Child’s birth certificate
Proof of New Haven residence (current utility or phone bill)
Proof of Income – two current paystubs (if paid bi-weekly) or 4 current paystubs (if paid weekly)
Completed enrollment application
Parent fees may be according to a parent’s income for children enrolled in the preschool program. These fees will be discussed prior to your child’s enrollment into the program.
Infants and Toddlers
Tuition Rates – (subject to change)
Tuition rates for the school year – 2018-2019 (July 1st-June 30th)
Full days (Monday through Friday) - $1,290.00 – monthly
Part time (depending on the # of days) - $60.00 – daily
